If something isn’t right with your order, please contact Phipody promptly after delivery so we can look at the best way to help.
Return condition
Items considered for return should be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
Exchanges
Because pieces are made in small batches and quantities are limited, a direct exchange may not always be available. When possible, we’ll help you find the best option.
Handmade variations
Small variations in pattern placement or handmade details are part of the character of each piece and make it uniquely yours.
Damaged or incorrect order
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact Phipody with your order details and photos of the issue.
